Interactive
Spatial Video.
This novel prototype allows a wider audience to access
and interact with spatial referenced video using standard
Internet browsers.
Users
can navigate through gigabytes of spatial video from the
comfort of their own personal computer using an intuitive
browser tool.

No
expensive server licenses are required. No need to download
and install bespoke applets, players or ActiveX components.
No delay for buffering or data download operations. Standard
industry formats are supported.
Applications
range from interactive tourism, virtual field trips through
to route corridor asset management.

Digital
Camera Mapping Technology.
These spatial imaging systems are designed using latest
2 MegaPixle to 16 MegaPixel DSLR (digital single lens
reflex) camers technology. Various navigation modules
(GPS, attitude sensors, odometers) can be integrated with
these cameras to produce super, high-definition airborne
and ground based image, low cost survey systems. The survey
planning software module helps organise and cost surveys
while the data synchronisation and recording module controls
'smart'spatial encoded image acquisition with real time
adjustment for velocity changes.
Applications
include very high resolution airborne surveys (corridor
or block) and ground based mapping projects which require
superior image quality. Contact our partners
at Compass Informatics
for more information regarding airborne surveys projects.
